Growth and Development of HHTB

What does the future look like for HHTB?

Amenities Development

Permanent Shelter

In the center of the tracks, a 32' by 32' open concept shelter will be built, with the North-West wall solid to block out the elements.

36' by 36' Barn

Alongside of the paddocks and arena, a barn with temperature controlled tack/feed room, individual boarder storage/tack cubbies, stall for injury or vet appointments, grooming/tacking areas.

Roundpen

The round pen will have sand-based footing placed.

Arena

Arena will transition from grass, to sand. The big goal is to become an indoor arena for year-round riding.

Trails

Trails will be continued to be cleared and created around the property.

Track Development

Hardstanding

At all gates, packed limestone will be placed to decrease mud in high-traffic areas.

Track Surfacing

Tracks will be surfaced/improved to reduce mud, include areas of varying footing (sand, dirt, mud, gravel).

Rolling Stations

Each track will have sand rolling stations for self-grooming or lounging.

Hills

Each track will get small hills to vary the terrain further.

Foraging

Horse-Safe plantings and herbs will be added into the tracks to encourage foraging behaviors and enrichment for horses to explore.
